Munkh in Motion was born from a simple belief: movement is medicine, and everyone deserves to feel strong, pain-free, and confident in their own body. I created this space to share what I've learned over seven years of working with clients in person and online, because the knowledge only matters if it helps you flourish.

My journey through bodybuilding shaped how I approach coaching today. It taught me discipline, resilience, and that real transformation happens when you combine proper movement with genuine care for your wellbeing. But this isn't about chasing aesthetic ideals—it's about helping you move better, feel better, and rediscover the joy in taking care of yourself.

Whether you're working with me at Kings Fitness, training from home, or getting support through online coaching and diet guidance, my commitment is the same: to meet you where you are and guide you toward the healthiest, most confident version of yourself. I'm still learning, still evolving, and I'm genuinely excited to help you ignite that desire to better yourself while having fun doing it.

Meet Zorig. I wasn't always the disciplined, confident person you see today. I grew up in Mongolia and moved to Canada at ten, and honestly, I struggled. I made poor choices, got into trouble, and felt lost. But everything changed when I discovered the gym. What started as curiosity became an obsession with progress and discipline. I fell in love with the challenge of it all, and through consistent training, I found something I'd never had before: genuine confidence in myself. That transformation led me to bodybuilding competitions, starting in twenty nineteen, and I've competed every single year since.
